Things are going to get dramatic on this week's episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" as the ladies prepare to head to therapy. (From left to right: Cynthia Bailey, Phaedra Parks, Claudia Jordan, Kandi Burruss, NeNe Leakes, and Demitria McKinney.) Bravo

Things are taking a turn for the dramatic on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Last week viewers watched as the women nearly came to blows – again – when a sit-down dinner turned ugly as Phaedra Parks was confronted with rumors of her infidelity. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like things are going to calm down anytime soon.

Previews from the upcoming episode show one couple facing their issues head-on, the women attempting to come together by attending therapy, friendships being called into question and more! Here’s what you can expect to see on Season 7, episode 16 of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

The Ladies Attempt To Mend Friendships In Therapy

The Atlanta “Housewives” attempt to sit down for yet another meal where NeNe Leakes reveals her big plans to fix the many broken friendships within the group. While attempting to deliver the news, she and former best friend Cynthia butt heads yet again. Fortunately they’re able to put their differences aside long enough for NeNe to share that she has called in the help of Dr. Jeff.

Dr. Jeff was featured on a previous episode when he sat down with NeNe, her husband Gregg and his children to work out their issues. The women are, for the most part, receptive to the idea, though Kandi appears hesitant.

Thwarted Apologies

After confronting Phaedra about rumors started by her now-imprisoned husband, Apollo, Cynthia attempts to sit down and apologize. Unfortunately Phaedra is not interested in hearing her out.

Phaedra And Kandi’s Relationship Comes Under Fire

After last week’s blowup, Porsha, as well as the other women, begin to wonder where Kandi’s loyalty lies. Porsha points out to Phaedra that Kandi wasn’t there for her as much as she could have been while she was being confronted by Kenya Moore and Cynthia. She later brings this to Kandi’s attention with the help of the outspoken NeNe.

Newlyweds Kandi And Todd Enlist Help To Save Their Marriage

A major storyline this season has been Kandi and Todd’s quest to have a baby. Each has a child of their own from previous relationships, but the pair had hoped to have a child as a couple now that they're married. After unsuccessful attempts, the couple head to a doctor to have Todd’s sperm tested. There, they find that they are both healthy and Kandi is capable of getting pregnant naturally.

Kandi later reveals to her close friend Carmine that she and Todd have not been having sex as much as she feels they should be. She also explains that she has questioned her husband's fidelity, as he is frequently out of town for work. This week the couple will finally sit down with a counselor where Todd will be forced to reveal where or not he feels he has lost interest in his wife.

More Mama Joyce Drama

Mama Joyce is back! This week she’ll sit down with Kandi to discuss her and Todd’s relationship. The talk quickly will turn from Todd to Kandi, as Mama Joyce claims her daughter has “changed” since jumping the broom. She alleges that Kandi no longer makes time for her family, despite the fact that just a few episodes ago the 38-year-old purchased a home for her mother, who later refused to give her a key. Kandi is reduced to tears, revealing that she feels her Mama Joyce is often quick to point out her flaws, rather than her strengths.

Tune in to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" this Sunday at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
