Fans of the "The Real Housewives Of Orange County" know that Tamra Judge can be quite the pot-stirrer. So what's the latest pot fans think she's been stirring? Trying to get Emily Simpson fired.

Speculation first started when a viewer tweeted Emily after feeling like the other ladies were being mean to her.

"Why are these women so mean to Emily? She is so sweet," the tweet read. "It honestly upsets me more than it should and I wish I could defend her!! #RHOC @RealOCEmily."

The sophomore O.C. housewife didn't hesitate to offer up her own theory as to why the rest of the "RHOC" cast seemed to disregard her.

"This is why... a systematic and calculated plan to ice someone out so they are let go from the show. Stay tuned and see them try it on Kelly [Dodd] @RHOC_KellyDodd," she tweeted back.

Attached to the social media post was a comment that Tamra sent to Camille Grammer, who was not asked back to appear on "The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills." In the response, Tamra slammed Camille's claims that it was another "RHOBH" cast member who decided her fate on the hit Bravo show.

"When you’re not friends with any of the cast they have no other choice but to let you go," Tamra wrote. "No cast member has the power to fire someone."

When another Twitter user tried to warn Emily that the "RHOC" cast was doing that to her, she responded, " Oh girl I know. Haha."

Season 14 of "RHOC" is just getting started and viewers have witnessed non-stop drama. From Kelly's train rumor, Emily's marriage troubles, and Tamra's family drama, it's been quite the eventful year.

No comments have been made yet about any of housewives future in the franchise, but an announcement will likely be made sometime before filming starts for the next season. In the meantime, fans can catch the rest of the Season 14 drama play out on screen.

"The Real Housewives Of Orange County" airs Tuesdays at 9 pm EST on Bravo.
