After false reports about Jennifer Aniston's reunion with Brad Pitt did the rounds, a new story about the actress' developing romance with Leonardo DiCaprio has surfaced. The Woman’s Day Australia's report, which also wrote about Brad Pitt's reaction to the budding love, was debunked by Gossip Cop.

The headline of the false story read “Jen & Leo’s Steamy Birthday Hook-Up,” and claimed Aniston and DiCaprio became close to each other during the latter's 44th birthday party in Los Angeles last week.

“No one even knew they were friends. But he was so happy to see her, giving her a big hug and kiss when she arrived, and he was completely transfixed on her all night,” an unreliable source claimed. The two were “trying to keep things platonic at the party, but after they both had a few drinks they became inseparable and shared a few sneaky kisses. It was very sweet.”

The source went on to say, “Brad’s gotten close to Leo since they worked together on 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.' He introduced them, knowing they’d hit it off... Brad still cares about Jen a lot – seeing her happy with his good friend would bring him nothing but happiness.”

The source said Aniston supposedly “had a crush on Leo for years... If they dated, they’d be Hollywood’s new supercouple for sure.”

However, there was no truth in the report about Aniston and DiCaprio's developing romance just as her alleged reunion with Pitt after his divorce.

Since Aniston split with her husband Justin Theroux, rumors surfaced she reunited with her ex-husband, who also divorced his wife Angelina Jolie and got involved in a custody battle for his six kids. Rumors surfaced about their secret marriage as well as a miracle baby; however, these claims were complete made-up as Aniston and Pitt have not spoken to each other in years.

Most recently, OK! magazine stated in a new report Pitt has decided to open up about his love for Aniston in a new TV interview. A source told the magazine the exes discovered “the passion is still there” during a supposed reunion a few months ago. However, Gossip Cop debunked the rumor.

Meanwhile, there have also been rumors about a feud between Pitt and DiCaprio on the sets of their upcoming movie “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.” Another source told OK! magazine the two actors were at war with each other.

“The perception is that Brad’s enjoying himself and has this deep friendship with Leo, but the truth is, they don’t get along very well at all. They’ve always had an intense professional rivalry and don’t actually have much in common," the source claimed in the report debunked by Gossip Cop.
