Bachelor Nation member Robby Hayes has spoken out about his rumored sex tape with former reality star Lindsie Chrisley.

"We did not make a sex tape," the 30-year-old said on the "Housewives and Vanderpump" podcast released Wednesday. "I'm not sitting there with a camera aimed down and trying to get the angles. Like, we got caught on the security camera, basically. It was a puppy camera in her friend's living room, the couch we crashed on."

News of the intimate video first emerged shortly after Lindsie's estranged father, Todd Chrisley, along with his wife, Julie Chrisley, were indicted for tax evasion earlier this month. Apparently, according to a July police report obtained by E! News, Todd and Chase Chrisley, Lindsie's stepbrother, "wanted her to lie about an incident and if she refused to do so, they were going to release the sex tape involving her."

During the podcast, Robby admitted that neither he nor Lindsie gave their "consent" to make a recording and that they are in contact and are "dealing with it."

Robby first gained notoriety when he appeared on ABC's "The Bachelorette" in 2016 vying for JoJo Fletcher's love and affection. Ultimately, she wound up with Jordan Rodger -- the two are still together -- but that didn't halt his journey to find love. Robby later appeared on Season 4 and Season 5 of "Bachelor In Paradise."

Most recently, Robby was linked to "Siesta Key" star Juliette Porter. Their relationship ended in June. A source told E! News of the split, "They lived different lifestyles and are both always traveling and in different places."
