Even before "Dancing With the Stars" returned Monday night for its 20th season, rumors had surfaced that “Shark Tank” personality Robert Herjavec and his dance partner Kym Johnson were dating. The two flirted during clips of the show, and Herjavec joked he would give Johnson a car if they won the coveted mirror ball trophy.

"Kym and Robert were definitely attracted to each other from the get-go," a source told Us Weekly. "They are constantly all over each other. She can't stop talking about what a good, nice guy he is. They have insane chemistry and are actually a great match." A different insider saw Herjavec, 51, and Johnson, 38, holding hands and even kissing at Hyde Sunset Kitchen + Cocktails, Us Weekly said.

While things might seem lovely between the “Dancing” partners, there’s just one problem: Herjavec is married. The Inquisitr took things a step further and surmised the “Shark Tank” personality may have left his wife, Diane Plese, for Johnson. He and his estranged wife are in the middle of a divorce after 25 years of marriage.

But even if Johnson and Herjavec are romantically involved, their rumored relationship probably doesn’t have anything to do with his divorce. He and Plese announced their legal separation March 4, People reported. "Human relationships are so difficult. I wish nothing but love and peace for our family as we move forward from this," Herjavec said in statement at the time."It's been a terribly difficult year and I'm looking forward to a new chapter.”

Herjavec and Plese have two daughters and a son.

Motherhood is something that is important to Johnson, she said in a 2012 interview with Australia’s Daily Telegraph. She also wouldn't mind being with a celebrity. "I've never been opposed to dating someone famous," the “DWTS” pro said. "I'm looking for a good person I connect with. ... I can't imagine myself without kids. ... I really want to be a mum. Hopefully I can find the right man."

Johnson has not responded to dating rumors, but instead went on Twitter to thank fans for their support after the pair's first dance.

The pair earned 28 points out of a possible 40 for their first performance. “DWTS” airs on ABC every Monday at 8 p.m. EDT.
