An ex-Russian soldier, popularly known as Russian Popeye for his huge artificial biceps, has undergone an extreme facial surgery to look like an alien despite his doctor's death warnings.

Kirill Tereshin, 25, who has nearly a million followers on his Tiktok is often compared to the cartoon character Popeye for his gigantic "muscles," artificially made after injecting petroleum jelly into his arms. Tereshin had several corrective surgeries, including some to remove his fake triceps but has retained the giant implants in his biceps, Lad Bible reported.

Tereshin who is an ardent believer in extraterrestrials has now undergone a new surgery, this time to make his facial features more like an alien. He has enlarged lips, implanted cheekbone fillers, and a chiseled lower jaw through different cosmetic treatments.

"I'm an ideally handsome male. All stands out clearly - lips, chin, cheekbones, forehead, nose is even, lower jaw," Tereshin said in a video flaunting his new look to his followers.

Meanwhile, Surgeon Dmitry Melnikov who treats Tereshin warned him about the possible complications of the surgery. "The risk of complications, in this case, is very high," Melnikov advised, The Bharat Express News reported.

However, Tereshin was sure about his decision as he was driven by his constant fascination for aliens. "I want to make an alien face. I have believed in aliens since I saw UFOs as a teenager. I know that they exist and that they are the most powerful race in the entire world. I feel like I'm going to them," Tereshin added.

The doctors have also warned him about the risk of retaining the artificial biceps. "A toxic substance in the body long term can complicate the kidneys and lead to death," Melnikov advised.

Tereshin underwent tricep removal after he was persuaded by Alana Mamaeva, a campaigner who works for victims of botched plastic surgery."I bulked up my arms when I was 20 due to my own stupidity. I did not think about the consequences," Tereshin said. However, he later dropped the plan to remove bicep implants as he felt "very afraid" to undergo the surgery.
