Selena Gomez seems to be caught up in dating rumors again, and this time it's with Kylie Jenner's ex-boyfriend, Tyga.

The 30-year-old "Come and Get It" singer was spotted hanging out with the 32-year-old rapper just after midnight when they got caught leaving the celebrity hot spot The Nice Guy in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The musicians reportedly left separately at around 2:30 a.m. Gomez left through a back door while Tyga left at the front, TMZ reported.

While the rare sighting may have sparked a possible romance, an unnamed source confirmed to the tabloid that the two were not dating, as they were in the famous restaurant to "see different people." Their groups reportedly "ended up hanging out" together inside.

But it seemed that the Rare Beauty founder and "Taste" singer could be friends, for Tyga was present during Gomez's 30th intimate birthday bash.

Social media user @GomezSource shared a photo of Tyga via Twitter during the lowkey celebration. It was captured by Vancouver-based photographer Dennis Gocer, who went by his company name The Collective You.

The post did receive mixed reactions from social media users, where one even bluntly said that Tyga may have just been a "plus one" during the event.

"Y'all can blame her 'friends' for inviting him," one user commented.

Another replied, "He was a plus one of someone she invited."

Gomez celebrated her milestone birthday last month at her private home in Malibu, California. Some of the celebrity guests who showed up were Kim Petras, Camilla Cabello and Ava Max.

The "Lose You To Love Me" singer then went on a lavish European trip to Italy, where she was reportedly accompanied by Italian-Canadian film producer Andrea Iervolino, sparking another rumored romance. The two were spotted partying at an evening nightclub and "touring around Capri" on a yacht.

But an unnamed source completely denied the dating rumors, saying there was "nothing romantic" going on between the two. The source added that Gomez and Iervolino had formed a close friendship since meeting on the set of the film "In Dubious Battle" about six years ago.

In May, Gomez sarcastically confirmed her single status through a humorous video posted on her official TikTok account. In the video, she was seemingly hanging out with two unidentified couples cuddling on the couch. Before panning the video toward them, she sarcastically said, "No, I'm fine. I'm totally fine being single."

Throughout Gomez's career in Hollywood, she had two major public relationships, including her on-again, off-again romance with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, whom she started dating in 2014, and singer-songwriter The Weeknd in 2017. Since then, she's been linked to numerous Hollywood personalities, including Charlie Puth, Niall Horan, and Chris Evans, but nothing got confirmed.
