Sharon Osbourne will be taking some time off from filming “The Talk U.K.” to be with her husband Ozzy Osbourne, who recently got diagnosed with COVID-19.

The 69-year-old television personality opened up about the challenging time she’s having with her musician spouse right now in a virtual message sent to “The Talk” Thursday.

“Hi, Jeremy. Sorry, I can’t be sat beside you tonight, but Ozzy’s been diagnosed with COVID. I am very worried about Ozzy right now,” she told her co-host Jeremy Kyle while fighting back tears.

“We’ve gone two years without him catching COVID, and it’s just Ozzy’s luck he would get it now. My family’s my life. I spoke to him and he’s OK,” she continued.

It’s only been three days since she joined the show, but she’s opted to skip filming for it in order to catch a flight to Los Angeles and be with her 73-year-old husband, as per Deadline.

“I can’t believe it. Three days [in] and I am missing the show. All my new mates on that panel, I miss you already. But don’t you get used to being without me,” she said in the clip.

Sharon revealed that she would be filming live from Los Angeles Monday to fulfill her duties as the new co-host of the talk show.

“It’ll take me a week to get my old man back on his feet again, and I will be back [on the show] in a week… We’re gonna get him a negative test by next week,” she added.

Aside from his recent COVID-19 diagnosis, Ozzy has been battling Parkinson’s disease. The singer-songwriter was also set to undergo surgery before his COVID-19 diagnosis.

Though the rocker only revealed his Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2020, he found out about it way back in 2003. Shortly after disclosing his condition to the public, Ozzy suffered a fall and broke his beck, resulting in him needing surgery to fix it, according to People.

Meanwhile, Sharon already battled the coronavirus back in December 2020. The couple’s daughter, Kelly, and the daughters of their son, Jack, also showed signs of COVID-19 infection at some point.
