SRG Ventures has slapped Jersey Shore pint-sized star Nicole Snooki Polizzi a $7 million counterclaim, as the lawsuit between her and the licensing company heats up.

Snooki partnered with SGR last year to launch a line of Snooki-related merchandise, but she filed a lawsuit in October to end her contract with the company.

According to the New York Post, Snooki alleged in the lawsuit that SGR didn't fulfil its obligations to get her enough money or branding partnerships.

SRG Ventures in returned filed a counterclaim against Snooki and her management company, Neon Entertainment, stating that the reality TV star sabotaged their contract when she allegedly went ahead and negotiated with brands behind SGR's back, the Post reported.

That report also noted that SGR is claiming that Snooki lagged on the deals that SGR presented to her. Those deals reportedly included Snooki-styled school supplies, watches, shoes and lingerie.

Ms. Polizzi disputes SRG's version of the facts and looks forward to her day in court, a rep for the reality TV star told the Post.

The Post also reported that SRG lawyer Robert J. Hantman is working on getting the case moved from Ulster County, N.Y., to Manhattan.
