KEY POINTS

  • Sam and Dean will continue their search to defeat Chuck.
  • Adam Milligan will be back.
  • Michael hates God more than he hates the Winchester brothers.

Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) will continue their search to find a way to defeat Chuck (Rob Benedict) in “Supernatural” Season 15, episode 8. The search will take the brothers to Adam Milligan (Jake Abel), who will be back from Hell.

According to the official plot synopsis of the next episode, Sam and Dean’s search will take them to “unexpected places and toward unlikely allies.” The preview video shows that one of these allies will be there long forgotten half-brother.

The TV series has been bringing back old characters from the previous seasons as way to give the show a proper send off. Abel is the latest cast member to return after a decade.

What will be 10 years for the Winchester brothers will actually be a 1000 years for Adam in Hell. The preview video shows the character is not keen on offering his help. He will be angry that both Sam and Dean let him “rot in Hell,” and he is not ready to trust them again.

A sneak peek scene of “Supernatural” Season 15, episode 8 shows a conversation between Dean and Castiel (Misha Colins). The two discuss how they could have done things differently, but their conversation is interrupted by Michael.

Michael is inside Adam, and he too will not be happy to see the Winchesters. However, the character may come around to help the brothers because he probably hates God more than the brothers. The other character that Michael hates is Lucifer, and it remains to be seen if the two of them will get to fight.

There will be plenty of action to look forward to in the next episode. Preview stills show Sam, Dean, and Castiel in fights.

“Supernatural” Season 15, episode 8 is titled “Our Father, Who Aren’t in Heaven.” It will air on Dec. 12 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
