“Switched at Birth” Season 5 will be the last for the Freeform series. Now that the hit show is scheduled to come to an end, there are a few storylines that need to be wrapped up.

Although it is sad to say goodbye, there is still hope that some of the popular characters on the show will receive a happy ending. Check out the storylines we are hoping to see wrapped up by the Season 5 finale.

Bay Kennish and Emmett Bledsoe

Enough is enough, it’s time for this adorable couple to get back together. Bay (Vanessa Marano) and Emmett (Sean Berdy) broke up after her probation got extended and she couldn’t move to Los Angeles with him. Not to mention he started to like one of his classmates while trying to make his long distance relationship with Bay work. Although Bay and Emmett vowed to stop hurting each other last season, there is no telling where they will find themselves by the series finale. Nonetheless, there are plenty of fans who would love to see the high school sweethearts end up together by the series’ end.

Bay Kennish and Travis Barnes

In the process of trying to make Emmett jealous while in Mexico, Bay kissed Travis (Ryan Lane). It is later revealed that Travis cares for Bay, and he even rents out a gallery so she can show off her artwork. However, this plan backfires because Bay isn’t happy about him lying to her. Although Travis professed his love to her there is no telling if Bay will ever be able to get over Emmett and love him back.

Toby Kennish and Lily Summers

Toby and Lily
Although Toby (Lucas Grabeel) and Lily (Rachel Shenton) didn’t have the easiest relationship on “Switched at Birth,” they found a way to make it work. Freeform

After Toby (Lucas Grabeel) gets Lily (Rachel Shenton) pregnant the two go through a rough pregnancy once they find out the baby has down syndrome. However, in the “Switched at Birth” Season 5 promo, they get engaged. Will they go back to the U.K. to have their wedding or will it happen in the U.S.? There’s hope that the two will be able to have a happily ever after.

Kathryn Kennish and John Kennish

Kathryn (Lea Thompson) and John (D.W. Moffett) have been through so much and have supported their children through it all. Last season, the two came close to ending their marriage, making it really hard for viewers to see the most supportive and stable relationship on the show go up in flames. Here’s to hoping that these two figure out a way to stay in love.

Daphne Vasquez and Mingo a.k.a. Greg “Mingo” Shimingo

Daphne and Mingo
Daphne (Katie Leclerc) and Mingo (Adam Hagenbuch) may not have the most functional relationship on the Freeform series, but it works for them. Freeform

It’s no secret that Daphne (Katie Leclerc) has had tumultuous relationships but Mingo (Adam Hagenbuch) actually seems like a good fit for her. The two broke up after Daphne decided to spend her summer in China however, in the Season 5 promo, it looks like the pair are back on good terms. Does that mean they are meant to be? Although Mingo is not the easiest to get along with, he may be Daphne’s perfect match.

Regina Vasquez and Anyone

Regina (Constance Marie) has had her fair share of heartbreak and out of all the characters on the show, she definitely deserves a happy ending. Fortunately, it is looking like she has found love once again in the form of Luca (Michael Galante). The two can be seen getting close several times throughout the Freeform promo and it could finally be true love for the single mom.

“Switched at Birth” Season 5 premieres Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. EST on Freeform.
