Tamar Braxton, who was hospitalized in Los Angeles on Thursday for attempted suicide broke down and fought with her boyfriend, David Adefeso, in the latest trailer for her new reality show, "Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life!"

In the trailer clip, Braxton, says she lost her family and felt "choked every single day."

Braxton was reportedly rushed to the hospital after her boyfriend found her "unresponsive" in her hotel room.

"I lost my family, I lost my dream. It's time to give myself a shot," she said in the clip from the reality show, which airs on July 30 on WEtv.

In another scene, the singer can be heard shouting at Adefeso before the production crew appeared to intervene.

The trailer also teased tension between Braxton and the crew, showing her arguing with producers.

This trailer was released a day after the sister of Toni Braxton was rushed to the hospital. Tamar was reportedly staying at the Ritz Carlton Residences in downtown Los Angeles with her boyfriend on July 16 (Thursday) when she was found unresponsive, The Blast reported.

Sources told the media outlet that Adefeso called 911 at around 9.45pm and told authorities that she had been drinking and had ingested an unknown amount of prescription pills. The insiders also revealed that Adefoso believes his girlfriend may have attempted to take her own life.

The 43-year-old former "The Real" host reportedly sent a message to her family hours before her apparent suicide attempt, saying "the only way out is death."

"I am a slave," the message, which was obtained by The Blast, read. "I do not own my life. My stories. My pictures. My thoughts or beliefs. I’ve asked my massa to free me. I’m threatened and punished for it."

"The only way I see out is death. I will choose that before I continue to [live] like this. please help me," it continued.

Braxton is currently in stable condition, according to latest reports.

On Saturday, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes took to Instagram Live to open up about her close relationship with Braxton. Leakes claimed there is “a lot of stuff” that people don’t know about the "Braxton Family Values" star and alleged that she was being mistreated by others.

"[Tamar] has been hurting. We both believe in the Lord, and sometimes you need a human, a friend who you can lean on and trust. Really trust because trust is hard," Leakes said.
