'Thor: Love And Thunder' Theory: Will Beta Ray Bill Finally Be Introduced?

Mjolnir is all set to be passed on to Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) in “Thor: Love and Thunder.” However, a new theory has pointed out that the film may introduce another big character from the comics. Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has already set things in motion to introduce Beta Ray Bill, and that may happen in the upcoming movie.
Comic book fans will remember Beta Ray Bill as the alien warrior who has a costume very similar to Thor. The character was first introduced as a rival, but he later emerged as a fan favorite superhero.
Beta Ray Bill was one of the characters on the comics who proved himself worthy of wielding Mjolnir. He later got a weapon of his own that is known as Stormbreaker, which is a half-hammer and half-axe.
Stormbreaker has been introduced in MCU, and according to a theory by CBR, Beta Ray Bill may now be introduced in “Thor: Love and Thunder” as the rightful person to wield it.
What happens to Chris Hemsworth’s Thor if his hammers are wielded by others? Marvel is still considering whether or not to keep him fat in the upcoming film, Screen Rant reported. Will the character drink himself into retirement while others take on his role as a superhero?
The main plot of the movie will be about what leads to Jane becoming a superhero and how that will affect her. In the comics, the character has cancer that gets stronger every time she uses Thor’s hammer and transforms into the God of Thunder.
Talking about the cancer storyline, Portman previously told Variety that she personally likes it. She did not confirm whether it will be the plot in “Thor: Love and Thunder,” but said that she likes the idea of her character facing two battles in her journey to becoming a superhero.
