Rachel Uchitel, one of Tiger Woods' alleged mistresses, cancelled a scheduled press conference on Thursday where the public expected her to tell all about her relationship with the golfer.

Uchitel's lawyer, Gloria Allred, cited an unforeseen circumstance as the reason for cancellation and declined to comment further.

Allred's daughter, Lisa Bloom, who is also an attorney and a legal analyst for CBS spoke Friday on The Early Show and gave insight into the matter.

We know that paparazzi caught Gloria Allred leaving Tiger Woods' attorney's offices on Monday night that has to mean that they were engaging in negotiations, Bloom said.

I have never in all of my mother's career of 30 years known her to cancel a press conference, she added.

According to Bloom the only reason for the cancellation of the press conference was a settlement of a substantial amount.

I would estimate at least 1 million dollars maybe in excess of a million dollars given that amounts that are flying around in this case, Bloom added.
