Although Timothée Chalamet enjoys his privacy, the “Little Women” actor recently opened up about an embarrassing moment during his relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Lily-Rose Depp.

Chalamet and Rose were first romantically linked in October 2018. However, their split was confirmed in April 2020 when the 24-year-old did an interview with Vogue in which he was described as “currently single.”

Despite their breakup, the couple shared some special moments throughout their relationship. Unfortunately for Chalamet, the paparazzi photographed one of their PDA-filled vacations, which left the “Call Me by Your Name” star mortified.

In the summer of 2019, Depp and Chalamet vacationed in Capri where they were captured making out on a boat. While Chalamet saw it as a romantic moment in his romance with Depp, the angles in which he was photographed made their kiss appear awkward.

Chalamet told GQ that the photos made him aware of his rising fame. “I went to bed that night thinking that was one of the best days of my life,” Chalamet explained.

“I was on this boat all day with someone I really loved, and closing my eyes, I was like, indisputably, ‘That was great.’ And then waking up to all these pictures, and feeling embarrassed, and looking like a real nob? All pale? And then people are like: This is a P.R. stunt. A P.R. stunt?! Do you think I’d want to look like that in front of all of you?!” Chalamet added.

Following his break up with Depp, Chalamet has been romantically linked to Eiza Gonzalez. In June, the two were spotted kissing while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas.
