KEY POINTS

  • Some legendary weapons cannot be target farmed from specific enemies
  • The Chaos Chamber is a great place to farm for high-end loot
  • World bosses can be repeatedly farmed for a chance at legendary weapons

No “Borderlands” game is complete without wacky weapons that players can grind for. “Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands” breaks free from the sci-fi setting and adds a strong twist of high fantasy into its overall gameplay.

Here are some of the best legendary weapons that players should hunt for in “Wonderlands.”

Swordsplosion

Mr. Torgue’s sword-shooting shotgun returns in “Wonderlands,” and it’s got a nifty upgrade that fans of the Torgue archetype will surely love.

Unlike its “Borderlands 2” counterpart, this version of the Swordsplosion can be toggled between impact and sticky modes. Players can stick swords into their enemies and hit the reload button to detonate all of them, causing a big burst of damage while also knocking enemies away.

This weapon can be farmed from the boss LeChance at the Wreck of the Tempest’s Scorn at Wargtooth Shallows.

Crossblade

The Crossblade is an interesting shotgun that fires to energy blades in a cross pattern. What makes this interesting is that the blades can pass through obstacles and enemies, and it always comes with two different elemental damage types. It’s great for add-clearing and boss-killing alike.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to target farm the Crossblade. It can drop from any loot source, so any enemy that has a high legendary drop rate should yield this gun.

Goblin Pickaxe

This melee weapon’s damage output is rather weak, but its main use lies in its ability to generate gold upon hitting enemies. The gold does go towards the player’s wallet, but its real strength is in its ability to buff movement speed and ability recharge rates every time gold is picked up.

The Goblin Pickaxe drops from Pigwart at the Furious Gorge in Mt. Craw.

Lil K’s Bread Slicer

This assault rifle rapidly shoots three circular saw blades that can pass through multiple enemies. The DPS this thing can dish out is absurd, but it does suffer against targets at long ranges or flying enemies because of how slow the saw blades travel.

Farm this weapon via the Chaos Chamber, Lucky Dice or any world loot drop source.

Threads of Fate

The Threads of Fate is a spell that sends out a slow-moving orb of dark magic that shoots laser beams at enemies. Not only does it sound cool on paper, but it also deals pretty good damage as well.

This spell can be farmed at an obelisk directly north of the Salty Saunter fast travel point at Crackmast Cove.
