  • McDermott's absence from Spelling's holiday festivities came amid rumors that they are headed for a divorce

Tori Spelling is raising eyebrows after leaving her husband Dean McDermott out of their family holiday stockings.

On Tuesday, the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum shared on Instagram snaps of herself rocking a green dress as she shows off her family's custom stockings in a sponsored post for Personal Creations

"Let's talk holiday decorating! The kids and I are in [love] with these personalized stockings," the 48-year-old star wrote in the caption.

The first photo featured stockings with "whimsical wintery" characters, including a snowman, reindeer and penguins. Spelling held up a stocking with her name on it while standing next to ones with her five children's — Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 9, Finn, 8, and Beau, 4 — names hanging from the fireplace.

In the second snap, Spelling revealed the second design, which featured "timeless traditional snowflakes." The actress once again held onto a stocking with her name on it, while her kids' colorful items hung below a garland-adorned mantel.

However, fans noticed that McDermott, 55, appeared to have no stocking in either photo, with one Instagram user writing, "Where is Dean's?"

On Monday, Spelling also shared a family holiday card that didn't feature her husband.

In the photo, Spelling holds a chicken as she poses with her five children on either side of her. The actress wore a chic off-the-shoulder dress and boots for the photoshoot, which also included two goats and a pig.

"Happy holidays! With love, from our farm to your home," read the card.

In the comments section of her Monday post, Spelling explained that McDermott was missing from the photo because he was "filming his new feature film in Canada" when it was taken. However, the actress hasn't commented on her husband's absence from their family holiday stockings.

Spelling and McDermott first sparked split rumors during the summer when they were spotted on separate occasions without their wedding rings.

The actress later hinted that she and her husband — whom she married in 2006 — were experiencing some marriage troubles during an appearance on SiriusXM's "Jeff Lewis Live" in June, in which Spelling revealed that she and McDermott were not sleeping in the same bed.

Spelling further fueled the divorce rumors when she was spotted outside a lawyer's office holding a notepad with the words "custody," "support" and "assets."

While the couple was photographed with their kids at Disneyland in October, both stars ditched their wedding rings for the outing.

Earlier this month, an unnamed insider told Entertainment Tonight that Spelling and McDermott's marriage was on the rocks and that they were "very much struggling."

"Tori and Dean do things as a family for the sake of their kids and live in the same house but sleep in separate rooms," the source claimed. "Tori is more vocal about what goes on between them, and Dean is just completely checked out."

The tipster further claimed that McDermott's infidelity was the reason behind their marital crisis. According to the source, the two are keeping their marriage for different reasons: McDermott for financial reasons and Spelling for the sake of their family.

McDermott previously admitted to cheating on Spelling in 2014. However, the actress told People two years later that they had "bonded and solidified as a couple" after deciding to start over.
