True Blood
Sam will be forced to make a difficult decision with Nicole. Will he remain the "mayor of Crazy Town"? Or will he leave Bon Temps forever? The choice will be explored in episode 7 of "True Blood." HBO

The true death is coming for “True Blood.” Only four episodes remain in the seventh and final season of the hit HBO series, and Truebies won’t want to miss episode 7, “May Be the Last Time.”

According to the synopsis for episode 7, Eric and Pam will continue their search for Sarah Newlin – except with a new ally. After a close encounter with the sun in episode 6, Eric and Pam agreed to team up with Mr. Gus, the North American president of the corporation behind the synthetic blood, TruBlood. Like the Fangtasia owners, Mr. Gus has been affected by Sarah’s hep-V antics at Governor Burrell’s vamp camp. And while Mr. Gus wants revenge, he agrees to let Eric kill Sarah … if he can get her body. But how will their plan change when they discover that Sarah's blood is the cure to hep-V?

As Eric, Pam and Mr. Gus close in on the former blonde and new Buddhist, things will continue to get out of control in Bon Temps. Adilyn and Wade will “find a temporary haven” and “unexpected hospitality” as they attempt to avoid their parents and explore their love. But as “True Blood” fans know, danger lurks with a love-scorned Violet in their presence. Will Violet take out her hatred for Jason and Jessica on Adilyn? Or will Jessica be able to stop the crazy vampire in time?

The promo video for “May Be the Last Time” shows Andi and Holly desperately searching for their kids, but Sookie won’t be joining the search party. The half-faerie will be on her own journey as she attempts to search for a miracle to cure Bill of the hep-V she accidentally infected him with. Meanwhile, Bill will be in his own little world as he once again has a flashback to his life as a human – this time to recall the “inexorable forces that led him to his marriage 170 years earlier.”

“True Blood” viewers can also look forward to the return of a familiar face in Bon Temps – perhaps Jason’s old best friend and Jessica’s ex-boyfriend, Hoyt. Episode 7 will also find Sam in a difficult situation, more than likely linked to Nicole’s ultimatum in episode 6.
