The Truth About Angelina Jolie Feeling ‘Lonely’ Without Brad Pitt Amid Divorce

Angelina Jolie is not feeling lonely after spending Halloween without estranged husband Brad Pitt. A new report is claiming the “Maleficent 2” star realized how much she missed her ex when the spooky holiday rolled around and he wasn’t by her side to celebrate.

Jolie first filed for divorce from Pitt in 2016, however, the former couple has yet to reach a settlement and are currently in a tense custody battle over their six kids-Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox.

However, Hollywood Life ran an article claiming Pitt’s absence caused Jolie to have an emotional Halloween. A “source” told the site, “since Brad left it hasn’t been the same, and although Angelina still decorates the house and dresses up, things are different now.”

The alleged tipster went onto to suggest that Halloween was “one of the times she misses Brad the most” because it was Pitt and Jolie’s “favorite time of year.”

“Halloween is the start of the holidays, and that’s when Angelina feels the most lonely and aware of being on her own,” the “source” said.

The supposed confidant then implied one of the reasons Pitt and Jolie haven’t reached a custody agreement was due to arguments about where the kids should spend their holidays. “Brad and Angelina still haven’t finalized their custody deal, and one of the sticking points that they are fighting over is who will have the children over the holidays.”

However, a Jolie insider told Gossip Cop the Hollywood Life article is untrue. The fact-checking website also noted that several legitimate outlets reported the actress’ custody battle with Pitt has taken a bitter turn and chances are she doesn’t miss the man she has been trying to divorce.

In early October, sources told Us Weekly there has been “no truce” between the estranged couple throughout their legal proceedings.

Insiders revealed the actress was actually making the custody process difficult. “Angie is extremely hard to deal with, period. She wants what she wants, and no one is going to tell her otherwise.”

Although other sources told the outlet Jolie supports her children’s relationship with their father, she has not been agonizing over her loneliness without Pitt.
