Is Jennifer Aniston "desperate" to snag a new boyfriend and move on from Justin Theroux before she turns 50 years old? This is what a new tabloid report is claiming, but this outrageous rumor has been proven to be nothing more than a fabrication.

Radar Online recently put out a report claiming that Aniston wants to have a new man by the time she turns 50 in a couple of weeks. The "Friends" actress is reportedly so desperate that she was willing to "fake" a relationship just to have a "man on her arm" on her birthday on Feb. 11.

A questionable source claimed in the report that Aniston reportedly thought she would get into a new relationship after her divorce from Theroux and she's now worried about celebrating this important day alone. "Jen is searching far and wide for a handsome man to make sure people aren’t feeling sorry for her," the unnamed source claimed.

However, there is absolutely no truth to the tabloid's claims, Gossip Cop confirmed. Aniston herself recently told Elle during her cover story interview for the mag's January 2019 issue that she doesn't feel the need to be in a relationship in order to be happy.

“We live in a society that messages women: By this age, you should be married; by this age, you should have children,” she explained. “That’s a fairy tale. That’s the mold we’re slowly trying to break out of.”

Aniston revealed that she doesn't feel that there is a "void" in her life just because she doesn't have a partner. What makes her happy at the moment is her job, family and friends, so she doesn't feel any discontentment.

Aniston also said that she hopes other women who are being forced into a mold would realize that they can "achieve a sense of inner happiness" without having a spouse and children.

“What quantifies happiness in someone’s life isn’t the ideal that was created in the ’50s,” Aniston said. “It’s not like you hear that narrative about any men. That’s part of sexism – it’s always the woman who’s scorned and heartbroken.”

This isn't the first time a tabloid has made up stories related to Aniston turning 50. Last week, Heat magazine claimed that Aniston was going to get plastic surgery, but this was also debunked.
