Attorney General William Barr is testifying Wednesday to the Senate Judiciary Committee about his handling of special counsel Robert Mueller's probe.

Barr, who was named as Attorney General by Donald Trump in February, has been under fire from Congressional Democrats for his perceived handling of Mueller’s investigation. This came to a head when Barr published his summary of the Mueller Report that seemingly exonerated President Trump.

However, as more information on the report has come out, Barr has faced increasing scrutiny for his perceived bias and defense of the President.

Ranking members Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California have spoken at the committee in the early stages of the hearing.

"I have read most of the report. For me, it's over," Graham said, opening the hearing.

There is expected to be questions about the redactions made by Barr.
