  • Francis Ngannou will be challenging Stipe Miocic for the UFC heavyweight championship at UFC 260 this weekend
  • Ngannou has drawn comparisons to a prime Mike Tyson
  • Tyson has given Ngannou some boxing pointers in the past

No.1-ranked heavyweight contender Francis Ngannou is without question one of the scariest men in the entire UFC.

Ngannou pretty much has cement blocks for fists, and he hits so hard that he’s knocked out all of his opponents. Among the guys that he’s stopped are world champions like Cain Velasquez, Alistair Overeem, Junior Dos Santos and Andrei Arlovski.

On Saturday at UFC 260 in Las Vegas, Ngannou has another opportunity to become a UFC world champion when he meets reigning heaving champion Stipe Miocic in a rematch of their 2018 title tilt.

In their first encounter, Miocic survived Ngannou’s explosive knockout power to keep the belt around his waist.

Since then, Ngannou has won his last four bouts to earn another crack at Miocic's UFC gold.

As such, there’s no better time to look back at a video from 2019 that went viral. The footage shows Ngannou getting some pointers from none other than heavyweight boxing royalty Mike Tyson.

The video shows Tyson showing Ngannou some tips on movement and throwing uppercuts and body shots.

Tyson, of course, knows a thing or two about knocking guys out.

Tyson was at one point the most feared boxer in the world and was a multiple-time heavyweight champion.

Of Tyson’s 50 professional career wins, 44 came by knockout. While he wasn’t the biggest heavyweight in the world, he had an unparalleled combination of speed and power that made him one of the most vicious punchers that the sport has ever seen.

Ngannou has actually drawn comparisons to a prime Mike Tyson.

Combine Ngannou’s power with Tyson’s speed and movement and you have probably the scariest mixed martial artist in the sport’s history.
