With the “MasterChef” Season 10 finale airing Wednesday night, a new cook is about to be the latest to claim the title of MasterChef.

Aside from the title, what else will the winner get?

Well, the 2019 prize is pretty major. One chef’s life is about to be turned upside down with the recognition that comes from winning the Fox competition series, the title upgrade and the grand prize money of $250,000.

Plus, new this year, the last contestant left standing will also win the chance to get hands-on experience from the judges at their restaurants.

That’s right, the winner will get to take home a huge cash prize, as well as get to learn from Gordon Ramsay, Aarón Sánchez and Joe Bastianich at their dining establishments.

Before that happens, though, the top three “MasterChef” Season 10 contestants — Sarah Faherty, Nick DiGiovanni and Dorian Hunter — will have to whip up a three-course meal for the judges as their final challenge.
