Kate Middleton and Prince William will soon welcome their third child, but the couple still has not revealed that sex of their baby.

Even though no one knows if the couple will be having a boy or a girl, the Independent recently came up with name predictions for their little one. Since the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stuck with regal and classic names for their first two kids, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, it’s possible that they will do the same for their youngest child.

Middleton and Prince William may be welcoming another girl in April, just before the third birthday of Princess Charlotte. If the couple will have another female addition to their family, they could choose to name her Princess Alice, taken after the name of Prince Philip’s mom.

The couple could also choose between the names Amelia, Alexandra, Isabella, Mary or Victoria. All of these names are inspired by other members of the royal family.

Meanwhile, it’s also possible that Middleton and Prince William will have another boy. If this will be the case, they could name him Albert. The publication noted that Queen Victoria used to insist that “Albert” be used as the middle name of her descendants.

But if Middleton and Prince William do not fancy the name, they could choose among Arthur, Charles, Francis, Frederick, Philip or James.

In November, the Sunday Express predicted the possibility of Middleton and Prince William including Victoria as the name of their child, that is, if they will have another girl. It is also important to note that Prince George and Princess Charlotte have lengthy names. The 4-year-old’s full name is George Alexander Louis, while his sister is called Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.

Prince William’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II’s full name happens to be Elizabeth Alexandra Mary, and Queen Victoria is officially called Alexandrina Victoria.

As such, it’s possible that Prince William and Middleton will once again choose their baby’s name based on another royal family member. Unfortunately, fans need to wait for this revelation until after the Duchess of Cambridge gives birth.
