Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding will be televised live by TLC on Oct. 12.

The network’s coverage will kick off at 4:25 a.m. EDT. TLC, the network known for wedding-centric shows like “Say Yes to the Dress” and “Four Wedding,” has gained access from inside St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle for the entire ceremony. TLC will also televise Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank’s carriage procession in “Royal Wedding Live: Princess Eugenie.”

An encore of the live coverage will be released by the network starting at 7:25 a.m. EDT, according to People.

TLC is the second network to announce its coverage of Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank’s big day. Last month, ITV announced that they will be televising the event live on Oct. 12 starting from 10 a.m.

“ITV will provide coverage of the wedding of HRH Princess Eugenie of York and Mr. Jack Brooksbank on Oct. 12 in an extended ‘This Morning’ special,” a spokesperson for the network said. The televised event will be hosted by Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes.

The network’s announcement came just days after BBC and Sky News declined to cover the wedding live. Both networks said that they will show snippets from the royal nuptials across their morning broadcasts.

“From the outset, the instruction from the very top was that Eugenie’s wedding must be televised. The BBC was approached because they have a special relationship with Buckingham Palace and a formula that works. But they turned it down because they don’t think enough people will tune in and that there isn’t enough support for the Yorks,” a source told Daily Mail.

“The feeling at the palace is that the BBC has dropped the ball. At the end of the day, this is going to be a huge royal wedding, with all senior members of the royal family in attendance. But nobody wants to take the risk and spend the money it would cost to put it on air,” the insider added.

In previous weeks, it was also reported that Prince Andrew’s personal aides were the ones that reached out to BBC and Sky News to air Princess Eugenie’s wedding, but to no avail.
