While Walt Disney World might be classified as the “happiest place on Earth,” some people don’t feel the magic when they visit. Spectacular Blue Smith is one of those people who had a less-than-magical trip and is now banned from entering any of the Orlando parks.

Smith was arrested inside of the park last Monday night on battery charges, according to TMZ.

The Adwizar Inc. CEO found himself in trouble after he fake sneezed and said, “coronavirus” immediately after when waiting in an attraction line. A cast member approached him about his comment and that’s when tensions began to rise.

"Smith walked past (the worker), simulated sneezing while saying the word, 'Coronavirus' as he and a companion walked towards the ride," the arresting officer’s report reads. "(The worker) told Smith what he said was not funny. (The worker) said Smith replied, 'I thought it was.' "

Disney World's Animal Kingdom cast member asked the former Pretty Ricky group member to remove himself from the line multiple times, USA Today reports.

After refusing and the cast member putting his arm up to stop Smith from going forward, it’s said that Smith punched him in the face, on the right side of his jaw and temple. The Disney employee was diagnosed with a concussion, contusion and bruising to the head at a local hospital.

While Smith’s son was a witness, so was everyone else around them. The son denied the intentional punching, while everyone else confirmed it.

"The media will put out a one-sided story even without facts, because they enjoy demonizing our culture and bring us down. It's sad. There's 2 sides to every story and since this story is bigger than me and the color of my skin, I'll wait till my attorney gives the green light. Thanks for your support. Love... Ps: Y'all know my character,” Smith said on an Instagram story.

His ban is effective immediately with no lift in sight, yet.
