Too bad for fans who are waiting to see Justin Bieber, but the “Boyfriend” singer just canceled his “Purpose” world tour.

Bieber has still 14 shows remaining for his “Purpose” world tour. Unfortunately, the “Love Yourself” crooner has decided to cancel it due to “unforeseen events.” On Monday, the singer gave a statement through his representative announcing his decision not to continue the tour, but did not specify exactly why he has canceled the rest of the tour dates. “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber will cancel the remainder of the Purpose world tour concerts,” Bieber’s rep told Us Weekly.

The rep further explained that Bieber didn’t want to disappoint fans and that he wanted to perform, but he just couldn’t continue his world tour anymore. The “What Do You Mean” singer thanked his fans for their support. He was also grateful for the cast and crew who joined him over the last 18 months for the over 150 successful shows they did across six continents. “However, after careful consideration, he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase,” the statement continued.

An insider revealed that Bieber decided to stop the tour because he was already “exhausted.”

“This is a guy who has had 150 shows on this tour, on six continents, over the last year and half, and he’s tired,” the source told Entertainment Tonight. “He needed a break and as much as he didn’t want to disappoint his fans, the best decision for him was to cancel the remaining tour dates.”

Another source confirmed to ET that the tour was too long and exhausting. Bieber has already showed signs of fatigue due to his world tour. Last March, he also canceled a meet and greet event during his tour.

“Love u guys.. I’m going to be canceling my meet and greets. I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people’s spiritual energy that I end up so drained and unhappy,” he wrote on Instagram. “Want to make people smile and happy but not at my expense and I always leave feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression.”

Bieber’s “Purpose” world tour started on March 9, 2016 and was set to wrap up in Asia in October.
