Why Jennifer Aniston Thinks Jennifer Lopez 'Masters The Red Carpet': 'So Gorgeous'

Jennifer Aniston is amazed by Jennifer Lopez's red carpet skills.

In an interview with InStyle, the "Friends" alum, 52, gushed over Lopez, whom she said "masters the red carpet."

"I want to know what gives her the look like she's about to be seething," Aniston told the outlet of the singer-actress. "It's amazing. She's almost stuck getting mad at somebody, but she’s just so gorgeous. She's like, 'I can't believe I'm standing here.'"

While mastering the "Hustlers" star's stunning red carpet smirk would likely take months or years of practice for most, Aniston doesn't "think she's trying" to look so good.

"She fell out of bed that way," she said of Lopez. "She's a performer."

Although Aniston doesn't consider herself a red carpet pro like Lopez, she said she has received some great tips over the years on how to best pose for cameras and steal the show at star-studded events. However, she's still looking for her own go-to red carpet poses.

"It depends on your stylist, because they go, 'Never do this! Always do this!' I'm like, 'Well, that feels weird.' I don't know how to stand on a red carpet, but you do the best you can," Aniston shared.

According to the "Morning Show" star, one of the tricks she's picked up through the years is to "try to connect with those people holding cameras."

Aniston explained that "some of them I've known a long time, so I'll say hello. If I'm having an honest interaction with someone, it makes it easier."

Aniston's healthy lifestyle also contributes to her glamorous red carpet appearances. She makes sure to have enough sleep, maintain a healthy diet and exercise daily.

"I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it," Aniston said. "I’m going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it’s just 10 minutes a day."

Meanwhile, Aniston became a trending topic on social media following the release of her cover shoot for InStyle as one photo featured her wearing the same Gucci suit Harry Styles had previously donned.

Styles wore the suit, which features a unique print with brown tones, to the 2021 Brit Awards in May, styling it with Gucci sneakers and a leather brown handbag, E! News reported. Aniston, meanwhile, paired it with white heeled Gucci loafers, diamond-embellished rings and a Carolina Bucci scarf.
