Don't mess with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West -- it'll cost you.

The famous couple recently slapped their former bodyguard Steve Stanulis with a cease and desist that if ignored could cost him millions -- at least that's what they are threatening. According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye claim the ex-employee made "false and defamatory" statements while on the "Hollywood Raw Podcast."

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" stars also claim that the statements made were a breach of contract. Based on the outlet's report, the letter from Kim and Kanye's legal team revealed that Stanulis signed a confidentiality agreement in February 2016, which would have prohibited him from disclosing any personal and private information about his work with the family -- something they feel he was guilty of during his podcast appearance.

The duo sent the letter as a warning that they would sue for a minimum of $10 million if Stanulis continues to speak out about them.

Although Kim and Kanye feel betrayed, Stanulis' publicist, Zack Teperman, maintains that he did nothing wrong, telling TMZ, "... no breach of any confidentiality agreement was done. My client went on a podcast to promote his new film, and old stories that were already out there were brought up."

"For Kanye and Kim's counsel to send out a threatening letter to bully my client against his rights is unwarranted. My client has already made it clear that he respects Kanye, their time working together," he added.

Teperman continued, "If Kanye and Kim wish to continue this further, that is up to them, but I think their time and money would be better suited helping out with more pressing matters in our society than what happened many years ago."
