Any day now a judge will make a decision that will alter the life of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, her husband, Joe, and their family. Despite the fact that a decision has yet to be made, her husband's family believes Teresa already has her mind made up.

"Joe’s family believes that Teresa is going to file for divorce no matter what," a source spilled to Radar Online.

For the past year, Joe has been attempting to avoid deportation from the U.S. back to Italy after serving a three year sentence regarding financial fraud. The 47-year-old desperately wants to be with his family -- Teresa and their four daughters, Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14 and Audriana, 10.

So, why does his family believe Teresa will leave him? They claim it's because she's had a taste of the single life.

"She has tasted her freedom and she isn’t going to return to him," the source added.

Only time will tell how things end up between the "RHONJ" couple, but fans of the show can look forward to seeing it all play out on screen. As previously reported, Bravo doesn't want to miss a beat.

"If Joe gets kicked out, if he stays, if she files for divorce, they want to make sure they don’t miss anything so they’re not delaying production at all," a source shared, adding that the big bosses want to get all of Teresa’s emotions on cam.
