“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice was all smiles when she attended party thrown in honor of her brother, Joe Gorga, in New York City hours after husband Joe Giudice was released from prison and transferred to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.

In the photographs shared by Radar Online, the mom of four is seen arriving at French restaurant Bistrot Leo with father Giacinto Gorga. Teresa was holding her dad’s arm when she showed up at the venue donning an all-black ensemble comprising a pair of leg-hugging pants and matching blazer.

The 46-year-old reality star hasn’t addressed her husband’s release from prison, but she’s described as looking “happy” and “totally unfazed” in the snaps taken of her at her brother’s party, which was honoring the successful release of his book “The Gorga Guide to Success: Business, Marriage, and Life Lessons from a Real Estate Mogul.”

According to TMZ, Joe was officially released from prison on Thursday after serving 36 months for conspiracy to commit wire and bankruptcy fraud. But he was immediately taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility in McElhattan, Pennsylvania. Joe is currently appealing his deportation case.

Meanwhile, Teresa’s appearance at her brother’s party was reportedly filmed for the next season of “RHONJ.” Her co-stars Margaret Josephs and Dolores Catania were also spotted at the event.

The night out was helpful for Teresa since it was a tough day for the reality star and her kids, a source told People. The source added that it was the best thing for her as she was seen “smiling, laughing and having fun.”

“Everybody in Teresa’s circle wants her to be happy. She’s been through a lot and keeps fighting for her family, and we’re all standing by her in that battle,” the source, who was revealed to be close to Teresa, said on condition of anonymity.

During the final part of the Bravo series’ reunion special, Teresa admitted that she’s divorcing Joe in case he gets officially deported back to Italy. She said that she’s not willing to do a long distance relationship and she also cited her kids’ welfare as the reason for her decision to stay behind.

Teresa and Joe have four daughters together, Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10. According to Teresa, her kids will suffer in case they move to Italy because they are studying in the U.S. and they don’t speak the language.

Teresa’s revelation came days after photos of her hanging out with a much younger man, later identified as 26-year-old Blake Schreck, were leaked by the press. Eyewitnesses said the two were “canoodling” and very sweet during their three-day tryst at a Miami beach.
