Willow Smith has shared her thoughts about mom Jada Pinkett Smith’s “entanglement” revelation involving singer August Alsina, revealing that she’s proud that her mother decided to open up about the relationship.

On the Monday episode of "Red Table Talk," which Jada co-hosts with her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones, Willow said she was proud of her parents for talking about the issue publicly.

"I want to put it on the table. I'm so proud of you. To be able to see you and Dad do that, for me, that was like, 'Okay, that's the real deal,'" Willow said. "That's real love."

"When you can be like I'm with you, I'm going to stand by you and I'm going to hold your hand, because I love you. That's really important," she added.

Jada’s relationship with Alsina, who was introduced to her by son Jaden Smith, came to light in July when the singer claimed that husband Will Smith had given them his blessing to pursue a romance.

"I actually sat down with Will [Smith] and had a conversation due to the transformation from their marriage to life partnership … he gave me his blessing," the "Kissin’ On My Tattoos" singer told Angela Yee in an interview for "The Breakfast Club."

Will and Jada had denied the assertion, with the actress' rep initially saying Alsina's statements were "absolutely not true."

Jada later admitted to having an affair with Alsina in a candid discussion with Will on "Red Table Talk" in August. The actress said she did not ask for her husband's blessing as they were separated at the time.

Will said he thought their marriage was over for good when they decided to separate.

"We decided that we were going to separate for a period of time... You go figure out how to make yourself happy and I'll go figure out how to make myself happy. I really felt like we could be over," the "Men In Black" actor said.

But they soon realized they weren't ready to call it quits and reconciled.

Alsina also appears to have moved on from the relationship and said he harbored no ill will toward Will or Jada.

"I think that everything worked out in the way that it should," he told Vulture. "There's nothing to regret because it's not something I went searching for. It's not something I went after. I don't go after people's girls. Nobody preyed on me or was a predator towards me. This is none of that."

"Red Table Talk" airs Mondays on Facebook Watch.
