A 32-year-old Missouri woman accused of killing her boyfriend on Christmas Eve has been arrested.

Officers with the Cape Girardeau Police Department responded to a home in the area of Barberry in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, late Friday after a woman called 911 and said she had killed her boyfriend using a sword, KFVS 12 reported.

Responding officers found the woman, identified as Brittany Wilson, of Cape Girardeau, standing outside of the residence with apparent blood on her clothing, according to a statement from the police department. The sword was found in the front lawn, KFVS reported.

After detaining Wilson, officers entered the home and found her deceased boyfriend, Harrison Stephen Foster, 34, in the bedroom with what appeared to be multiple stab wounds.

Wilson told police that she and Foster had taken some methamphetamine earlier in the day. It is not clear if officers found the drug at the home.

The woman also claimed that she believes Foster has had several other entities living inside his body for the past several months, cops said. She told officers she felt she was "setting him free" of his entities when she stabbed him.

Wilson further claimed that Foster was also harvesting body parts from individuals, according to police.

The woman stabbed Foster three times before calling the authorities.

Wilson was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

She was transported to the Cape Girardeau municipal jail, where she was processed without incident. Her cash bond was set at $2 million.

In related news, a 32-year-old man was also arrested for allegedly stabbing and killing a person in a home in Merced, California, on Christmas Eve.

Officers responded to the residence late Friday for a report of a stabbing and found the unidentified victim, who succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Aaron David Barron, of Delhi, was also at the scene and was taken into custody without incident.

Barron has been booked into the Merced County Jail and is facing murder charges, the Merced Police Department said in a statement.

Witnesses said some sort of altercation took place before the stabbing, ABC 30 reported.
