Keri Russell’s character in “Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker” is a scoundrel, smuggler, and warrior, but seemingly most importantly, "Star Wars" fans are really into her look. The actress shares the sentiment.

In an interview with ScreenRant, she was asked how she felt about Zorii Bliss's look the first time she saw it. Russell responded: “Loved it. I mean, what's not to love?”

Before Russell even got the part, “Rise of Skywalker” director J.J. Abrams asked her how she felt about wearing a mask. "Yes, of course," the 43-year-old actress said.

Not only does Russell love Zorii Bliss’s costume, but she also offered up information about the logistics of it, as well. Bliss is the leader of a dangerous smuggler group from the frigid criminal underworld of Kijimi, a place, and occupation where anonymity will serve you better than showing your face.

"I think the costume, without giving anything away, is indicative of who she is," Russell further explained. "I see it as if you're covered, if you're anonymous, that's your protection because no one knows really who you are. So she's into some shady stuff... She's a survivor. You don't know where her loyalties are, which is great. I think that's part of the hiddenness of it."

Following in line closely with Boba Fett, Bliss is the anonymous “space bandit” character that has been a sort of a staple of the three "Star Wars" trilogies. When the interviewer pointed out that these faceless “cool-looking” bounty hunter types don’t fare well and are usually killed off by the end of the movies, Russell refused to answer whether her character lives or dies at the end of “Rise of Skywalker.”

“No, I just stopped at the cool,” Russell said, before continuing to explain that fans will have to wait and see what happens to her character.

Before the images or details of Russell’s “Rise of Skywalker” character were revealed, she was interviewed on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” about the role. At the time, there is only one detail she was willing to confirm. "I do have the coolest costume, I will say that," she said.
