Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor and Prince Frederic Prinz von Anhalt celebrated the 25th anniversary of their marriage with a party that stirred a bit of controversy.

Gabor has suffered from several health problems relating to a broken hip which caused an infection that forced doctors in January to amputate one of her legs.

Even with her health condition, the party went forward at the couple's home in Bel-Air which drew a crowd of celebrities like Quincy Jones and Phyllis Dyler. Gabor watched the party from her bed while wearing her favorite pink dress and a small tiara.

Von Anhalt, 68, responded to criticism of the party, saying "my wife is 94 years old. She should have everything she wants and should have everything large. This big party is not for the guests, not for the media, not for me -- this big party is for Zsa Zsa."

Gabor and Von Anhalt were married Aug. 14, 1986. Gabor had been married eight times before and Von Anhalt feels a sense of accomplishment that they've been together this long.

"So many husbands didn't make it -- they only made it a year or two. I made it 25 years so I must have done something right."

Von Anhalt's anniversary present to his wife was a billboard on Sunset Boulevard depicting the couple stating "25 years and counting" which reportedly cost $68,000.
