5. Keep track of your weight

During your pregnancy, it’s very likely that you will be gaining weight, as you will now be eating for two. However, gaining too much can be unhealthy, not to mention that the extra weight can be hard to lose. If you don’t gain enough weight however, your baby’s birth weight and health can be affected.
