As per a police report, authorities recently visited Aaron Carter’s home in St. Petersburg, Florida after receiving calls claiming the singer attempted to commit suicide. Police reportedly rushed to the Carter’s abode four times in a span of 34 hours.

According to police documents obtained by Us Weekly this Thursday, cops first received a call on Tuesday morning at exactly 11:47 a.m., alerting them about the questionable way the 29-year-old was behaving after getting his BMW in a serious car accident. The caller told police that Carter had been abusing alcohol and drugs at the time and that he also attempted to purchase a gun “for the last couple of weeks.” During the first visit, no one responded to the authorities.

At around 2 p.m. that same day, officers rushed to the “I Want Candy” hitmaker’s apartment for the second time. At the time, the visit was made after a caller informed police that Carter was in need of a psychiatric evaluation for he refused medical treatment following the car accident he got into that morning. The police report notes that Carter “did not seem in distress,” and the second call was cleared, as per ET Online.

It did not take long until the authorities were once again summoned to Carter’s house. They went there for the third time on Wednesday morning at around 4 a.m. As per the police report made for this incident, the anonymous caller claimed that Carter was “not in a safe mental state” and that he has “threatened to harm family and others.” When police responded however, there were no signs of distress in the apartment.

Police were alerted for the fourth time on Wednesday night, so they returned to Carter’s house at around 9:45 p.m. This time, the caller said the late ’90s pop icon had threatened to take Xanax, Klonopin and “dusters.” The caller noted this time around that Carter has “a lot of prescription meds” in his apartment and that he has been threatening of killing himself for months now.

For the fourth visit, the police report states that nobody responded to authorities when they knocked on the door. Also, police “did not see anyone” and they noted that there was “no odor” and “no signs of distress inside” Carter’s place.

Though the calls made to the authorities seemed pretty alarming, turns out Carter’s fans have nothing to worry about. In fact, the musician took to Twitter Wednesday night to say that he was “having a relaxing night just playing some Zelda & watching Netflix.” Moreover, Carter’s rep has said that “Aaron is fine and preparing for his performance in Memphis Saturday night and in New York on Tuesday.”
