It’s no secret that Chelsea Handler isn’t the biggest fan of “Maleficent” actress Angelina Jolie. She’s best friends with Jennifer Aniston, who used to be married to Brad Pitt. It’s widely rumored that Jolie broke up the marriage between Pitt and Aniston when they worked together on “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” in 2005. Since then, Handler has taken Aniston’s side, and thrown indirect (sometimes direct) shade at Jolie.

Most recently, the Netflix comedian mused what would happen if she were stuck in an elevator with the mother-of-six. One thing she wouldn’t do is make small talk with Jolie, 41.

The questions was proposed to Handler by an audience member on Thursday’s edition of Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”

“I would just look up,” Handler, 42, said. “Exactly what people do in elevators. You know when you fake look at the number because you don’t want to make eye contact. That would be exactly the elevator ride. And then I’d go, ‘Heyyy’ as I walked out. ‘Hey you.’”

Handler took a dig at Jolie in September when she split from Pitt. “There are reports that part of the problem was Brad was allegedly drinking and smoking too much weed,” Handler said at the time. “I wonder why he needed to self-medicate. Maybe because he could have been spending the last 12 years at Lake Como hanging out with George Clooney and Matt Damon, instead of being stuck in a house with 85 kids speaking 15 different languages? Oh yeah, because he married a f--king lunatic. That’s why.”

Pitt and Jolie are parents to Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 10 and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8.

The “Fight Club” star said he’s doing well since his split from his second wife, telling the Associated Press May 16 he was focusing on his children after spending more than a decade with the “Salt” actress.

“I've got no secrets,” Pitt, 53, told the Associated Press. “We're human and I find the human condition very interesting. If we're not talking about it, then we're not getting better.”

“I'm not suicidal or something,” he said. “There's still much beauty in the world and a lot of love. And a lot of love to be given. It's all right. It's just life.”

Pitt tries “keeping the ship afloat” and “figuring out the new configuration of our family” when he isn’t working.

Six months after the breakup, he and Jolie want to put their children first. “Kids are everything,” Pitt explained. “Kids are your life. They're taking all the focus, as they should anyway.”

Even though he normally appears in front of the camera, Pitt might take on a different role when making movies. “I feel myself as I'm older gravitating more to the producing side than being in front of the camera,” he told the AP. “It's a big commitment, a film, and it does take you away from your family. I just have to balance that. It's not less important, itself, it's just not as important as family.”
