It’s not even October, but “American Horror Story: Coven” can’t stop enticing fans for the third season, with spooky teasers such as “Study Hall” and “Hair Don’t.” The coming season of the creepy series won’t premiere on FX until Oct. 9, but there have been nonstop updates about it, and the new teasers are just the latest look at it.

“Study Hall” features identical girls lined up as they eerily study in a dusty room with couches that are covered by white linens. In the “Hair Don’t” video, viewers get to see a close-up of a woman’s wrist with a pentagram carved in. She stands facing the wall, and her face is never shown, but the same song is played in the background, just like other “AHS” videos for the new season.

In nearly all the teasers and trailers for the new season of “AHS,” The Animals’ classic version of the song “The House of the Rising Sun” has played in the background, and fans of the FX series have become familiar with the following lyrics: “There is a house in New Orleans/ They call the Rising Sun/ And it’s been the ruin of many a poor boy/ And God I know I’m one.”

A co-creator of the series recently said the new opening credits give clues about how the coming season will go, and one can only wonder whether “The House of the Rising Sun” will play into it, too. “You have to watch it 10 times because every frame is a clue for what the season will be,” said Ryan Murphy, co-creator of the show, according to the Hollywood Reporter. “And every year it has a different tone, look and concept. By the last frame of the main title for ‘Coven,’ you’ll really have an idea of what the last frame of the ‘Coven’ season will be.”
