Eren Jaeger has rejected Zeke Jaeger's plan to euthanize the Eldians. Despite the younger brother's betrayal, Zeke is not ready to abandon him in "Attack on Titan" Season 4 Part 2, Episode 79. The new episode is titled "Memories of the Future."

The official promo trailer of Episode 79 shows one brother rejecting the sibling bond, while the other refuses to let go of it. Eren and Zeke learn the truth after reaching their ultimate destination.

The visuals in the trailer show the brothers remembering their father, named Grisha.

"The younger brother rejected the elder brother but the elder didn't abandon the younger one. At the place where they arrived, Eren and Zeke learned the truth about their father, Grisha, as well as the memory of that day," read the synopsis of "Attack on Titan" Season 4 Part 2, Episode 79, which was shared by Twitter user Myamura.

In Episode 78 of the anime, Gabi shot and decapitated Eren as he ran toward Zeke. However, Eren woke up in the Paths with Zeke.

Eren was shocked because he thought he was dead after Gabi's attack. Zeke told him he touched him before he could perish and that's how they were able to reunite in the Paths.

Zeke also informed Eren about the Founder Ymir who was a slave to the royal blood. Eren revealed that he was using Zeke to reach this place and get the power of the Founder.

However, Zeke had something else planned for him.
