Former "Bachelor" star Sarah Herron is still reeling from the pain of losing a child.

One week after announcing the death of her "IVF miracle" baby Oliver, Herron took to Instagram lamenting that there was "no way to prepare for the subtle inconveniences of pregnancy that can suddenly without warning, vanish."

"Postpartum after pregnancy loss is still postpartum," the 36-year-old former reality TV star wrote Saturday after posting a photo of herself in a black tank top and an adult diaper.

"I hadn't gotten to the chapters on perinatal care yet, or lactation support. I jumped from second trimester to fourth trimester overnight. I didn't know my milk was going to come in. Or that I would need my bathroom stocked with adult diapers, witch hazel and ice packs at 24 weeks pregnant," she continued. "I haven't unboxed my breast bump yet, or learned how to hand express my boobs with one hand. But suddenly my days that should be spent sampling belly oils and rubbing my bump are spent taking a crash course in postpartum relief through streaming tears. I don't want relief, I want my baby."

Herron also explained how she felt while seeing the things she had prepared for the pregnancy and the baby.

"Since coming home without Oliver, everything has been a haunting reminder of what was supposed to be, and what I now must face without him here. There is simply no way to prepare yourself for the subtle inconveniences of pregnancy that can suddenly without warning, vanish," she wrote.

Herron announced she was expecting her first child with fiancé Dylan Brown last September. She told US Weekly that they had tried to conceive naturally but decided to do an IVF after learning that she has diminished ovarian reserve. She gave birth to her "IVF miracle" baby prematurely at 24 weeks on Jan. 28.

"On January 28th, at 24 weeks old, our beautiful son Oliver Brown was born," she wrote at the time, along with a black-and-white photo of her cradling her baby on her chest as Brown planted a kiss on her forehead.

However, the joy didn't last long as Herron announced the death of the baby the same day.

Herron's followers sympathized with her and some of them shared their own stories of pregnancy loss to comfort the grieving mother.
