Watch out, world! “Bachelorette” contestant Nick Viall isn’t going to let a little heart break keep him from finding love. After the emotional Season 11 finale, viewers finally learned Kaitlyn Bristowe’s decision. And although it wasn’t in Nick’s favor, the 34-year-old software sales executive seems to be in better spirits than his limo departure after the final rose ceremony.

There is no denying that Kaitlyn’s breakup caught him off guard, however, Nick took to Twitter to reassure his fans that he’s moved on and ready to “risk” it all again for love:

The tweet was posted a couple minutes before the ABC special, “After the Final Rose,” concluded on the East Coast. It was during the extra hour of “The Bachelorette” that Nick came face-to-face with Kaitlyn for the first time since their rose ceremony breakup. The meeting was awkward for the exes, but Nick finally got some closure after asking Kaitlyn to explain why she couldn’t cut him loose before he tried to get down on one knee to propose.

“I’ll never have that back,” he told her of his proposal. He added that those words were meant for someone else who shared his feelings and loved him back. Watch the exchange below:

This is Nick’s second public split. Initially competing on Andi Dorfman’s season of “The Bachelorette,” Nick made it to the final two before she ended things with him. However, Nick didn’t get as far as picking out a ring. Andi chose to visit him in his hotel room to dump him prior to the rose ceremony.

Nick spoke to People magazine after the finale episode aired last night. On the subject of getting his heart broken by Kaitlyn, the contestant admitted that he was “in shock.”

“And then reality set in and I felt that hurt and pain,” he explained. “It sucked.”
