Those who love to listen to music have a plethora of audio accessories to choose from. Brands such as Sony, Bose and Apple offer great audio devices that will let consumers enjoy their favorite songs anytime, anywhere. But most audio devices such as wireless headphones and speakers with amazing specs don't come cheap.

Bose’s excellent Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 and Sony’s WH-1000XM4 are among those that offer the best audio reproduction quality and other great features such as noise cancellation, long battery life and durable, high-quality construction at a hefty price tag.

That said, consumers don't have to worry about not having a lot of money to spend on great audio accessories. Here are some affordable wireless headphones and speakers that will let users take their music where they want to without hurting their wallets.

Beats Flex

Apple’s new Beats Flex is a wireless pair of wired earbuds – it has a neckband connecting the left and right earbuds but only connects to devices such as iPhones via Bluetooth. It comes as a replacement to the Beats X and UrBeats3 and has a very attractive $50 price tag.

This new pair of wireless earbuds is a great alternative to the AirPods. It doesn’t have noise cancellation, but it does offer adequate noise isolation thanks to its in-ear design.

The Beats Flex was launched on Apple's website in October and will hit all retailers on Nov. 20.

Amazon Echo Dot

The Amazon Echo Dot is a small smart home speaker that sells for $50 (via Amazon). This nifty little device can stream songs from Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, SiriusXM and more. It can also play audiobooks, music and podcasts. What’s more, it brings Alexa to homes for a low price.

Users can ask Alexa to do things like answer questions, play the news, tell a joke, check the weather, set alarms and play music, among many others.

Marshall Emberton

Marshall, a renowned name in stage audio equipment, also offers a small but powerful Bluetooth speaker in the Marshall Emberton. This $149 Bluetooth speaker doesn’t have a digital assistant unlike the Echo Dot, but it does have something longtime audio aficionados will love: physical controls.

The Emberton is designed to look like a miniaturized version of Marshall’s famous amplifiers and speaker boxes. It offers USB-C charging and is IPX7 waterproof, which means users can bring it near water. It’s a simple wireless speaker that lets users focus on their music and nothing else.
