When the group met Rebecca, they all become concerned over the fact that she and Bert met on a dating app. They immediately assumed that she’s a gold digger because she looks very stunning and yet she’s interested in dating Bert. Sheldon (Jim Parsons), Amy and everyone else encouraged Bert to rethink his relationship with Rebecca. With their influence, he decided to break up with her.

However, Bert also knew that Rebecca is his soul mate and even though he wrote something about his money on the site, the latter’s intentions are clean and pure. The next day, Bert decided to buy a jet ski for Rebecca and apologized to her. The latter agreed to patch things up, and they got back together.

Elsewhere in the episode, Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) struggled with leaving Hallie at the daycare. She felt completely attached to her daughter and felt bad for not being by her side. Howard (Simon Helberg) reminded her that she’s doing the right thing, but he also felt quite emotional not spending time with his child.

“Big Bang Theory” Season 10 airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
