At the age of 22, the “KUWTK” star already bought and sold a couple of real estate properties. According to Insider, Jenner spent over $40 million on properties in the last two years.

Before her 22^nd birthday, Jenner’s $250 million mega-yacht celebration made several news headlines. Aside from the properties, designer bags, shoes and clothes, lavish vacation trips, and well, other fancy stuff, the “KUWTK” star also owns a luxury cars collection.

What better way to spend her money, right? Not necessarily.

These aren’t just the only ones Jenner is spending her money on. In fact, recently, the “KUWTK” star gave a total of $750,000 to Nest of Love during the Monday’s episode of “Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Nest of Love is a women’s empowerment organization founded by Samantha Gil with two of the group’s main members, Briana Grumet and Daniela Villa. When Jenner and her momager reportedly learned the inspiring work of the group, they decided to help out and give back.

Jenner gave $150,000 to the organization and $100,000 to Gil, E! News reported. The organization members also received $50,000 each. Furthermore, each member of the female group reportedly went home with the famous Kylie Cosmetics Birthday collection.

Jenner is known for her generosity to her family and friends. So much that her sisters would tease about her billionaire status and jokingly ask her if she would pay their vacation trips. Despite the rumors about sibling rivalries and the drama surrounding the Kardashian – Jenner family, the “KUWTK” star’s confidence in the love and support from her sisters is intact.

The “KUWTK” star worked for her fame and fortune for more than a decade. Others may claim that she wasn’t a self-made billionaire but let’s not forget she owns 100% stake of Kylie Cosmetics whose worth is at least $900 million. According to Forbes, Jenner paid an outside company to produce her first lip kits and the money she used to pay for them was her earning from modeling gigs.

Despite the massive fortune, Jenner had such a huge realization about life. During her interview with Ellen DeGeneres, as reported by BuzzFeed, she revealed that the happiness you could get from the things you buy could only last so long. What matters to her now is the happiness she found in her baby and relationships she have with people.
