'Black Clover' Episode 162 Preview, Synopsis, Spoilers: Asta Vs. Dante, Vanica's Invasion Of Heart Kingdom

Yuno's screams of pain and hopelessness reverberate in the valley as half of the Golden Dawn squad perishes in the ambush led by Zenon Zogratis. Now, in "Black Clover" Episode 162, Asta and his comrades are set to face another Dark Triad member.

The official preview trailer for "Black Clover" Episode 162 is out and it shows Vanica at the gates of the Heart Kingdom, which she will invade as the great war begins.

Dante warns that this is just the prologue and once their goal is realized, the heroes will be overwhelmed with despair.

Twitter user BCspoiler shared the synopsis of the episode titled "The Great War Breaks Out."

"While spending time in the Heart Kingdom, Asta decides to return to the hideout of the Black Bull. Suddenly, one of the three Dark Triads, Dante Zogratis, appears and attacks.

"Asta and his friends fight back but they struggle against Dante, who is also a Devil Host but has more power than Asta. Additionally, Dark Triad's Vanica Zogratis, who possesses the demon Megicula, invades the Heart Kingdom," the synopsis read.

Episode 161 of "Black Clover" shows Gaderois Godroc, one of Zenon's disciple, informs Yuno that half of the Golden Squad members are dead while the remaining are severely injured.

Furious Yuno attacks with Spirit Storm and the opponent manages to block and deflect the spell. Yuno is shocked and Gaderois tells him how strong his Stone Magic, which is powered by a devil, is against the Spirit of Wind.

Gaderois attacks with several projectiles and Yuno deflects the attack using Spirit: Hushed Dance. The villain learns that Yuno is a Stage Zero mage and he is excited to fight him.

Gaderois goes on to ridicule the old king of the Spade Kingdom and enrages Yuno, who remembers his fallen comrades. The prince of Spade Kingdom launches the Spirit of Zephyr and beats Gaderois.

The episode also showcases Klaus Lunettes, Yuno and Letoile Becquerel's battle against Foyal Migusteau and Zenon.
