Chanel’s global ambassador and Blackpink star Jennie Kim turned heads at the French luxury fashion brand’s 2022 runway show in Paris. The K-pop singer and rapper stood out in a vibrant crimson Chanel tweed set Tuesday.

The “Ice Cream” singer confidently sat in the front row at Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2022 runway show and rocked her stunning outfit which was completely accessorized by the brand -- with layered necklaces and a red quilted bag paired with black bow sandal heels. Jennie’s sleek straight hair perfectly complemented her look.

Blackpink fans took to Twitter to express their approval over the K-pop superstar’s look at the Chanel runway show.

“I still can't get over this Jennie Kim she was looking so good JENNIE FACE OF CHANEL #JENNIEChanelPFW @BLACKPINK,” a fan wrote.

As part of its promotional activities for its new collection, Chanel unveiled a video Tuesday showing the K-pop sensation posing in a black and white themed teaser clip with a tweed cropped top, a pair of shorts and a cardigan. She capped the look with black platform shoes which had the iconic “C” logo on its heel.

“Posing in the director’s chair and behind the lens, JENNIE embraces the role of both photographer and fashion muse in cinematic black and white, for a first glimpse of the CHANEL Spring-Summer 2022 Ready-to-Wear collection by Virginie Viard,” Chanel captioned the image shot by fashion photographer duo Inez and Vinoodh.

The Blackpink artist also appeared in another campaign video that stars fellow Chanel muses Lily Rose Depp, Rebecca Dayan, Quannah Chasinghorse-Potts and Alma Jodorowsky.

“Lily Rose Depp, Rebecca Dayan, Quannah Chasinghorse-Potts, Alma Jodorowsky and Jennie in looks from the Spring-Summer 2022 Ready-to-Wear collection,” Chanel wrote.

At the runway show, Jennie posed for backstage selfies with “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart and told Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) “I kinda[sic] am fangirling for her. I love her and I finally got to meet her, I’m so happy.”

“As a performer myself, I never get to be in the crowd and feel that energy, to get to be on the other side and see the beautiful models walking, it just brings back the energy that I’ve been missing for the last couple of years,” Jennie shared her longing to perform once more for a live audience during her interview with WWD.

Blackpink has not performed for a live audience since 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions but they held a 90-minute online concert, “The Show,” in January.

Jennie also previously shared moments of her Paris trip including a snap from a night out with fellow Blackpink member and Dior global ambassador Jisoo on Oct. 1.

“Oh did we miss this_ Date night with @sooyaaa in Paris,” she captioned a gallery of photos posted on Sept. 30. The snaps include a dinner date and selfie with Jisoo and a shot of the iconic Eiffel Tower.
