Blackpink fans took to Twitter on Tuesday to express their dismay at YG Entertainment for restricting Lisa from attending the Paris Fashion Week citing COVID-19 concerns.

The topic "Justice For Lisa" and "#YGLetLisaDoHerWork" trended worldwide as fans, collectively known as Blinks, condemned YG Entertainment for not allowing the youngest member of Blackpink to take part in Bvlgari fashion shows and photoshoots.

Lisa arrived in Paris on Monday and was the last member of Blackpink to depart from Korea to attend the fashion week. But eager fans were shocked after Bvlgari CEO Jean-Christophe Barbin announced the brand's global ambassador will not attend any of the events in Paris.

"Our great ambassador @lalalisa_m is in Europe. Unfortunately due to Covid, her Agency prefers her not participating in events or shows. That's also the reason why insofar we could not shoot her together with @zendaya , @lilyaldridge and @vittoria for the @bulgari Brand Campaign 2021/22 and that we could not run a major event yet together. But YES we will do it very soon as we are great friends and are striving to really activate the collaboration at 360 degrees. I hope it answers @lalalisa fans so many inquiries and questions I receive," the Bvlgari executive wrote.

Blinks launched a tirade against YG Entertainment saying it was mistreating Lisa, who is hailed as the most followed K-pop artist on Instagram.

One fan questioned why Lisa was singled out whereas her fellow Blackpink members were able to attend fashion shows in Paris.

"Lisa could have been there at Paris Fashion Week as Bvlgari Global Brand Ambassador if it was not because COVID restriction by @yg_entofficial only applied to her JUSTICE FOR LISA #YGLetLisaDoHerWork," a user wrote.

Jisoo and Rosé recently attended the Dior spring/summer 2022 show and Yves Saint Laurent runway show respectively as brand ambassadors. Jennie sat in the front row in the Chanel runway show Tuesday in her crimson ensemble.

The topic "#YGLetLisadoHerWork" peaked Wednesday with over 3 million tweets as fans demanded a reply from YG Entertainment for not allowing Lisa to attend the runway shows.

One fan compiled a list of incidents where Lisa allegedly suffered mistreatment from YG Entertainment. The user said the star lost a modeling contract for a smartphone company because of YG Entertainment's inefficiency.

"Why are the activities of other artists in YG Entertainment not restricted, while the company has always restricted Lisa's activities @yg_entofficial @BLACKPINK JUSTICE FOR LISA @YGLetLisaDoHerWork," the fan wrote.
