"Bloodborne" Remaster is in development for PS5 and PC gamers with an extra content cut from the original game, according to a new rumor.

YouTuber Red Gaming Tech shared earlier today that "Bloodborne" Remaster is in development. The tipster is known for his information about new hardware and now claims that his sources revealed that the long-rumored remaster of "Bloodborne" is in development. The said game would reportedly launch on PS5 and PC.

The remaster reportedly features content that was cut from the original title. For "Bloodborne" fans it could mean a lot of things, considering that multiple enemy designs and pages of lore were removed from the game during its development. Granting that rumors about "Bloodborne" Remaster are accurate, then this content could be released in the game with new lore, new enemies and possibly more additions.

Whispers online about "Bloodborne" Remaster would not go away. In the early part of the year, two sources revealed that the game is in development and Sony could launch it at a PS5 event. Unfortunately, it did not happen, but there is still hope for fans considering that the PS5 is not yet out, so there's still time for a possible announcement.

French retailer Fnac earlier listed "Bloodborne" Remaster as one of the games releasing on the PS5. the listing gives credence to the idea that a remaster is on the way. The leak indicates that the remaster edition would not release as a PS5 exclusive, which seems to align to previous rumors that the remaster would debut on PC.

From Software, the team behind the popular game was officially represented during the PS5 showcase. The event showed off the classic "Demon's Souls" launching on the PS5. "Bloodborne" also popped up as one of the titles arriving on PlayStation Plus Collection.

It is worth mentioning that whatever state of the rumored "Bloodborne" Remaster is, fans have at least an exciting thing to look forward to at the release of the PS5. The accuracy of the rumored title is still unconfirmed but its existence could offer "Elden Ring" fans a worthwhile time for waiting and could convince them that the PS5 is worth investing in.
