They have a plan to expose the truth about Thomas and the fact that he is still obsessed with Hope and intends on her breaking up his wedding with Zoe. Now, as the ceremony begins and Douglas reacts to his father’s plans, things will start going haywire on the Thursday, March 12 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

The wedding has been a source of contention for Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri), who has been afraid that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) marrying Zoe (Kiara Barnes) would mean Hope (Annika Noelle) wouldn’t be his mom any longer on the CBS soap—and Thomas has used those fears to encourage his son to convince Hope they should be married. As a result of his efforts not working, Douglas could wind up having a meltdown during the ceremony—which could give a suspicious Zoe a chance to also figure out if her husband-to-be is committed to being with her or just using her to get to Hope.

Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope’s (Annika Noelle) plan is affected after Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) has a meltdown at the wedding on the March 12, 2020 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.” CBS

“Zoe wants Thomas to move ahead with their wedding vows despite Douglas’ meltdown,” spoilers reveal.

However, the meltdown could actually be a part of the plan that Hope and Liam (Scott Clifton), along with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), have put into place to take Thomas down and keep Douglas protected. Hope had a private conversation with the little boy where she expressed her love for him and what she wanted—and explained that it was why she was doing what she was. If he is also a part of the plan, then Thomas may have no idea just how many people are ready to prove just who he is and expose the truth about him once and for all.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
